Why We Built This Site
Minnesota makes a good deal of court and law enforcement data public, but the hard part is knowing which office holds the piece you need. A warrant does not sit in one place. The District Court judge sets the charge and the bail, and the sheriff's office serves the process and can say whether it is still open. A bench warrant for a missed date stays with the judge who set the case. Kanabec County also has no municipal criminal court, so city offices route those questions back to the county.
The state adds another wrinkle. Minnesota has no single public warrant lookup, and the court's online case search is a lead rather than the official record. A person can check one office, see nothing, and assume the matter is closed when it is not. This site collects the contact details, request steps, and access limits for each office so a reader can begin in the right spot and confirm the answer with whoever controls the record.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Minnesota court, sheriff's office, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot promise that every phone number, fee, or listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's office that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages on this site carry search boxes supplied by third-party providers. Those companies set their own prices and run their own services. When one of their tools leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee, and that revenue keeps this site free to read. We do not control what those tools charge or what appears in their results, and their data is not an official warrant check.
